Official procedure requires writing an application or request addressed to Director DMA.

Allotment is temporary, on a license basis for one year (renewable annually).
Are there any priority allocations for certain vendors?
Priority is given to vegetable growers, poultry farmers, government servants, handicapped persons, widows, students, non‑professional vendors, and petty shopkeepers
What are the documents required for a stall allotment?
A written application addressed to the Director (DMA/MDA).
Valid ID (e.g. CNIC).
Proof of category qualification (e.g. disability certificate, widow certificate, farmers’ registration).
Payment proof for license/fees after provisional approval.
