Message from Director
As Director Municipal Administration Islamabad, my team and I are committed to building a culture of openness, accountability, and citizen care. We’re making it easier to engage with the city, through e-governance, simplified licensing, secure e-payments, and streamlined municipal services, so systems are not just efficient, but accessible and fair.
Our goal is simple: to make Islamabad work better for everyone, with processes you can trust and a city you feel proud to call home.
Dr. Syeda Anam Fatima— Director, DMA
